Water Damage - Washington, MO

This living room in Washington, MO was flooded due to a broken pipe. In the before photograph, take a look at the extent of the water damage. The water throughout this home was around 3 inches. The owner who had several young children was nervous about the idea of mold growth. Due to the quick response time of SERVPRO of Franklin County, the owner’s fears were avoided. The after photo was taken only four days after the water leak occurred. The customer was expecting a longer process and was thankful for the fast results. We were able to walk the customer through the entire method which allowed the customer to be confident the water was handled properly and would not cause them issues in the future.
