Residential Water Damage - Pacific, MO

This Pacific, MO water loss affected both the main level and basement of the home. The source was a refrigerator malfunction. The main level and basement was a category 1 (clean source), class 2 (multiple areas affected) loss. The customer wished to try and save the vinyl flooring (which is a known vapor barrier), so we attempted to dry the loss in place. However, some of the flooring had to be removed to prevent mold growth and additional damage.
