We recently completed some proactive cleaning at local insurance agents. This cleaning was for Cody Bangert State Farm in Union, MO. They wrote on their Facebook page "Big shout to our good neighbors SERVPRO of Franklin County for disinfecting our office this week! Thank you from all of us!"

SERVPRO technicians are helping to protect our first responders from the COVID-19 virus. Our technicians disinfected vehicles from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for free. It is a small way to say thank you for their hard work and dedication. 

When SERVPRO discovered that the hardwood had been laid over vinyl flooring, which kept the water from going through to the sub-floor, but trapped it between the two layers of flooring and caused damaged to the remaining hardwoods. The customer had previously thought area was dry. He says, “We didn’t expect it to be anywhere else. They had to take up the hardwoods to get to it all. It was about ten foot across the floor.”

When this homeowner in Lonedell, MO had a home fire, she called SERVPRO of Franklin County to begin the restoration process. While much of the home had to be gutted, we were able to save many of the homeowner’s belongings.

To celebrate being in our Union, MO location for 10 years, we held an open house for the community to visit us. We offered free BBQ and many prizes. It was a great success as even the fire department stopped by to let kids on their fire truck.
